    No headset audio in latest preview ring Beta


    After updating my console, my headset no longer has any audio coming through it. I can hear the audio of the console starting up but once it gets to the home screen the audio stops. It says the headset is assigned to my profile and I have tried various cables and ports. I’ve tried restarting the console multiple times with no success. I’m using Astro A40 with the mix amp.

    These are the latest Xbox OS and also the Beta, Delta and Omega rings of Insider Preview Program are also on the latest release
    to General Availability builds.

    My understanding is you also have to currently be in the Beta preview ring to be considered for an invite to the Alpha preview ring.

    I am pretty sure it is only available currently to Alpha and Beta ring in Preview. If you are in either of those rings you should be able to access the trial from inside the Hub.
