No Halo Wars : Difinitive Edition Code 15 days after preorder

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition on the 17/2 hoping I'd get the code within the time frame and still nothing, I've been talking to support yesterday, the day before and during the week and still no code, they just told me to post here. It gets a bit beyond
a joke when you pay and don't receive a part of your order. Over 2 weeks since purchase!!!

I purchased Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Pre-order Edition about 10 days ago and still haven't got my code for Halo Wars: Difinitive Edition.

Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.

not receive a code after waiting 10 days.
