    Hey, I was eligible to receive a Halo ODST DLC code for the Master Chief Collection, but I neglected to make good on the code before the message expired. Is there any way I could get another code so I can have access to the content? I appreciate your help.

    I never redeemed a code for Halo ODST, that you get for free when you play the Master Chief Collection back in 2014. I did play the Master Chief Collection back then and was curious how I could get a code for Halo ODST.

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the code for ODST? If you are referring to the code for the Master Chief Collection, unfortunately we are unable to replace these codes here in the Support Forums.

    Halo Had Lost It's Way Without Master Chief According To Microsoft.

    For me ODST was the best, followed by Reach

    MC is the real pansy, He relies on all these supersoldier upgrades to get the job done. The ODST guys are the real deal. They are normal Humans with Spec Forces training.

    And the Noble team, well they are in the middle, because, with the exception of Jorge, they are all cheap copies of the original Spartans. Yet they do the job as good as if not better than MC. Seems to me MC isn't pulling his weight if he has all the upgrades
    and these Normal Humans and Knock off Spartans can do the job just as well.

    I still enjoy ODST and am trying to convince a friend of mine who is on the fence to get it. He's not a Halo fan because he doesn't like the idea of MC being a super soldier, but he likes the idea of ODST because they are normal humans with superiro training.

    Halo didn't lose it's way with ODST or Reach, because while these stories don't feature MC, they do take place in the Halo Universe and add to it with new stories and points of view we would not get just playing as MC. I think they Compliment the Halo Universe
    quite well.

    The Halo MC Collection was all about Master Chief.

    JMPO, but any game in the Halo series is about MC, with the only difference being in a direct or indirect way. None of them would exist if not for his story.

    True enough. But just for the sake of reference to support my viewpoint, ODST was originally supposed to be a DLC expansion... however, the whole project grew to such an extent
    that they decided to just make it a separate, full game. The proof is on the very cover... Halo 3: ODST... because it was originally supposed to be an expansion of Halo 3.

    This game was the obvious choice for a 'we're sorry our game was jacked up for awhile' compensation gift. Had it not grown beyond its original scope and just stayed DLC, it would've
    been part of TMCC to begin with.

    Whats so good about the Halo series?

    Having beat 2 3 and 4 on 360, stuck on 1 atm, I am still getting the MC collection due to the way they are doing it, and a remastered Halo 2... Getting ODST and Reach are a good idea but there are continuity errors in the storyline, especially in Reach...
    Nothing major to detract from the game...
