    No Gems for purchased geames in may????? No possibility to change Gems in anything other than ...


    To filling up the little gap in My Vip-Star, we purchased Games but nothing happen. No Gems have been credited for any Game purchased since 7th may. And the gap in MyVipStar is still there :-(

    With luck I have changed 500 Gems into 10.000 Points. But for 13250 Points the Xbox Live Rewards Deposit
    was 12,06 € ????

    You puplished: "Untill the 15th you have the possibilty to change the MyVipGems" but there are only Wallpapers and "FreeToPlay"-Stuff ->
    NOTHING!!! DLCs, Games, PrepaidCards, Points and X-Box Subsriptions are always OUT OF STOCK!

    And so: Very frustrated - not just because of the end but how it ends!!!

    Did not get gems purchased!

    Hello I purchased gems for Mystery Society: Relic Match-44 Gems at $4.99 I'm supposed to get it says 44 + 88 gems for $4.99 and I have gotten no gems. I've tried rebooting twice, tried updating he Apps in the store nothing seems to work. I would like to
    get the gems I purchased.

    Xbox Life rewards, gems taken and no rewards..

    I have the same problem with cashed in gems for MS gift cards. Gems removed from account, but no emails, no confirmations, not balance change.

    I need to find a way to contact xbox rewards live about this.

    Gems only started on October 1. So you would not be awarded for anything done prior to that date. Since the offer hasn't been available for a year, it wouldn't be possible to earn those gems yet.

    Soul gems are for collecting souls when you have that ability either as a spell or on a weapon. You begin to see bows with soul trap pretty early. As for the other gems there are some quests that want flawless gems of one sort or another and rubys, sapphires
    and amethysts are useful at the atronach forge. otherwise gems should be made into jewelry to enchant and sell (or just sell) the jewelry is always worth more than a plain gem.

    I just wanted to correct an error I made above when saying I found 22 of the 24 gems myself which is not true. On this forum I read 1 gem was in the Solitude home and as I hadn't purchased this home as was holding off and saving monies, once reading that
    I immediately purchased the home to get this gem. Just wanted to clear my conscience.
