    I brought a digital copy Gear of War 4 from the Microsoft Store on the 29 November 2016 and have yet to receive the Gears of War Collection Codes via Xbox Live. Are you still planning to send this? As it has been a month already and the promotion is finished?

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and have not received my code for Fallout 3. I also have not received my code for the gears of wars collection I was supposed to receive after buying the Gears of War ultimate edition. Thank you for your time.

    are you sure you qualified ?

    You have to have gold account not home gold

    Also an adult account (not privacy settings) and no it can't be changed after till you turn 18

    Also not live in Japan or china

    Yes, if you buy the Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft store, you will receive all the games from the Gears of War collection. The Gears of War Ultimate Edition includes the original game and all of its DLCs, as well as the other four games in the series: Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War 4, and Gears 5.

    To clarify, did you not receive a code for Gears of War 4 with your Xbox One? If the code was not included in the box, then I am afraid we do not have a replacement to offer. You'll need to reach out to the retailer for an exchange or replacement. If you're
    referring to the Gears of War collection, you'll need to wait 30 days from the day you started playing Gears of War 4.
