No Gears of War code purchased through the store

Hi, when did you purchase the game and was it through the online store? It took about 3 weeks for my codes to come in.

I purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition 2TB. The codes where in the console was 2: Gears of War Ultimate Edition and bonus items.

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

From the Gears of War 4 store page:

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

The Xbox Play Anywhere version of Gears of War 4 can be purchased from the Xbox Store, the Windows Store, or via a digital code at participating retailers.

If you want to purchase the game via a digital code, make sure that it is labeled with Xbox Play Anywhere.
