No games playable. Second xbox. Second Router. Tried everything.

It started when I bought Ghosts: Gold edition. I installed it and I get a repeating loading screen every single time. (Applies to both xboxes and routers). Now, titanfall gets stuck on black screen. Deadrising 3 gets stuck loading in game. Forza 5 keeps
stopping installation. It's endless. I have tried anything I can think of and I've been on and off the phone with support for TWO WEEKS. I just want something to work. I pretty much own a 500 dollar netflix player.

help x-box live content not avaliable error

With everything else accounted for, two last things. First, is the Content for your Region? And second, have your ever tried a direct Connection with only the Modem (no Router present)?

Cannot connect to Xbox live.

PLEASE READ THROUGHLY.

My XBox 360 slim isn't able to connect to the internet. It connects to the network, but doesn't connect to the internet. No matter what I do I get "disconnect your router or modem for 30 seconds, and wait 30 seconds."

1) I disconnected both modem and router for 30 seconds; waited for thirty seconds and still cannot connect.

2) I disconnected the router for 30 seconds; waited for thirty seconds and still cannot connect.

3) I disconnected modem for 30 seconds; waited for thirty seconds and still cannot connect.

4) I cleared the cache and tried again, still the same "30 second" message comes up.

5) Tried "restore to factory settings," and same message.

6) Deleted my profile and cleared cache three times and still same message.

7) I restored my modem and router to factory and remade the the network with different settings, and still same message.

8) Cannot use an ethernet because the plug for it on the Xbox doesn't work, not an issue because I been playing wirelessly for over 5 years.

Any help?

I'm sorry to hear about the game loading issues, lets see what we can do to get you back to gaming again. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I just want to make sure that we are not missing any. Have you tried a factory reset?

I have tried everything. I’m on my fourth ethernet cable second modem router combo and still same issues Microsoft confirmed it was a hardware issue.

Usaully its an issue with your broadband connection, you say you e tried everything so I apologise if youve tried this already

Turn your your router off/on and fully power down your xbox.

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's powercable.
Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds

Have you tried power-cycling your internet connection? Turn everything off, modem, router, xbox. Leave them off for atleast 30 seconds and then turn them on in order. Modem first, wait for it to turn on and initialize, then
the router again wait for it to initialize, then turn on your xbox and see if that helps at all.
