No games in Library Offline?!

One day all my digital games disappeared offline.

I removed all registered Xbox Ones from my account.

I bought a brand new one and set it as my home console.

I installed a digital game.

If I turn the system off for at least 5 minutes and then turn it back on there are no digital games listed under installed.

If I plug the internet back in the installed games list shows up.

I even tried turning on offline mode while still connected to the internet with no success.

I called Xbox and they say there are no restrictions on my account.

Thanks but it's also happening to a brand new xbox i just got today.

They're still there, mine started doing this about 2 or 3 system updates ago. I currently don't have internet at home, you have to type in the search for the game you want. Odd side note, when I delete an app, or something, all my games, and apps show
up again.

If you are using the account that purchased the games, and the console is set as the home, then there shouldn't be an issue with playing games offline (this obviously excludes online only games and modes).

At the moment, I'm not sure what else could be causing this issue. You mentioned the games will show back up once you turn on the internet, so I'm assuming they are not being uninstalled. Just for some reason being hidden.

Are the games installed on the internal storage? or external? Are you viewing the different storage locations in "My Games & Apps"?

Same old gamer tag and i checked my account to make sure i only had one active xbox one x and it is set as my home xbox.

No games in Library Offline?!
