No GamePass testing for loyal Xbox users?!

Hi there,

just want to let you know, that I'm disapointed.

I bought a XBox One X Scorpio Edition last november, including two (!) Game Passes (see picture).

I tested the Game Pass last summer, so my free 14 days are already used.

As usual, it's not possible to use these codes, because it's only for new users. Really?

I'm a gold member since 15 years, I own six different Xboxes at the moment, (Xbox, 2x360 and 3xOne) and now I'm not able to use the 30days (60days in my case) promotional code included in my 499,- Euro Console, just because I am not a new user?

I know, it's only for promotion, to gain new customers, but I'm still disapointed, because they were part of my console.

can't see anygame in the store

i describe you the problem:

I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)

 

NFL Game pass on the Xbox One/360

I live in Europe, I am an American (credit card), I do have GamePass and I have Xbox360 and One....I installed the NFL app but it has no link to GamePass. As far as I can see, there is no NFL GamePass App for either console.

We certainly understand the frustration with that but we're afraid if you're seeing that error message when you try to redeem an Xbox Game Pass trial, it indicates you already used an Xbox Game Pass trial and therefore in this case,
you would not be able to use another trial code.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend sharing that code with a friend if possible as those codes that came with Xbox One X consoles are only for new users.

 

Hi, thanks for the answer, it's exactly what I said. As usual, loyal customers with a brandnew console having a disadvantage.
