No game update on Sea of thieves (Beige Beard error message)

Good evening,

I try to play to Sea of thieves but unfortunately, no game update has been downloaded (Beige Beard error message) and I can't "force" such update within the xbox app on my Windows 10 PC.

What I could i do to resolve this issue?

That sounds like fun however I dont have that much time. It takes forever to do this. I was wondering if you guys could just fix your store so he people using windows ten can get the update. It is a major inconvenience that **** on your end doesn't work
and there is nothing we can do but sir here for a couple of hours waiting for it to reinstall on a device.

Hello, i m using Xbox Pc, i run the game with the other account and still the same error, they told me in the ticket to change the gamertag, i do that and still the same...i m rlly tired and i cant thiny anymore, i buy 2 game pass just to play that.The message is (You are permanently banned in sea of thieves(red beard)

When looking into the error you have gotten, the error (RedBeard) means that you have been permanently banned for violating the Code of Conduct, Terms of Use & Service Agreement.

Redbeard

Occurs when the player is permanently banned from the game, usually due to a violation of the terms of service or code of conduct.

If you create a new account, you will be able to start playing again on the new account.

As support have said, you will need to make sure you have a valid licence and create a new account to start playing again. When you start playing again, you will need to make sure you follow the Code of Conduct & Terms of Use to avoid being banned again.
