No Game refund option , bought this game by accident, never download and played less than...

Btw the time limit of play time is 2hs not 24hs.

You should contact the MS support via the Microsoft contact us site. Search a topic where you have the option to request a call back from the support - doesn't matter later.

Have your email program open for the verification code and the order number.

Games and apps are only eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, and only if you've played less than 2 hours across all accounts, you

Once you click Confirm Purchase, the transaction is complete regardless if the download completes. If a game was bought by accident you might be able to contact Microsoft Support to see what your refund options are but typically the purchase disclaimer specifically
states "No Refunds for this item"

Bought a digital game. Not enjoying it. Less than 8 hours logged and less than the 14 day window(5 days to be exact). Refund got denied. Tried calling. Support will not help over the phone. Chat option will not help me. Replied to the email with the case number for the refund request, crickets. What now?

Refunds are only typically granted if you have less than 2 hours of gameplay and was purchased less than 14 days ago.
