    No game audio on brand new headset


    e plugged it in correctly but i cant hear game audio, music, or navigation sounds even though I can hear people talking in party chat and discord. I tried manually adjusting my chat mixer but when the headset is connected everything on the audio menu is grey and the voice/game controls on the headset seem to work but just no game input. Ive tried to hard reset the headset and all the fixes that are on the web and nothing has worked. Is there any solution for this?

    XBox One Chat issue, cant hear others in party audio nor can they hear me.

    I went out and bought a brand new controller and after about 20min the headset chat audio stopped working so it's not the controllers.

    What if the TB headset you have doesn't support optical audio? Do they make adapters for red/white wire audio cables? I think we're all going to need brand new headsets for an Xbox One. Set aside another 100 bucks people.

    No game audio on Rainbow Six unless mic plugged in.

    So now im sure its not just rainbow six. Happened to me today when playing brand new modern warfare. Was in a party. Then everyone left party. So unoluggrd my headset and boom no more game audio. Plug it back in to controller and game audio from speakers
    returns. Thus is an xbox priblem.

    Hi, make sure the headsets supports game audio. There is a lot of headset like the one ear headsets that will only support party chat. if possible if you can share the headset brand names and how you are connecting them to your xbox or controller.
