No full screen possibility for movies seen in internet explorer on XBOX ONE?

Hello,

If I am using Internet Explorer on my Xbox to watch a movie on e.g. Youtube or VK.com the movie pops out from the original webpage in like a 75% full screen mode.

For Youtube I can handle this via the special app but for VK.com I have to go by Internet Explorer.

When I open the movie on VK.com on my PC or IPad I get a full screen button, but on the Xbox One no such button exist.

Since I can not play the movie in full screen it gets useless to play the movie on Xbox one and instead I have to use some other device to play the movie such as my PC or Ipad and it is a pity, I was hoping that I could use my new Xbox one for this purpose.
(If I understand correctly it works OK on PS4, so if the gaming box shall be used as a internet movie player perhaps PS4 is better??)

Internet Explorer

How often do you use Internet Explorer for the Xbox 360? I am actually on it right now and the colors seem to really pop out and be more vibrant. It also looks really good on this big TV screen. If you have not seen XboxForums.com on Internet Explorer for Xbox 360, you are missing out. Some things I recommend are the Xbox Smartglass App, the Chatpad, or a corded keyboard.

 

Blinkbox and sky apps

Still no Blinkbox on the One really upset as I have a library full of movies and Tv Shows Which I purchased. I sold My 360 to pay for the one and dont have a laptop to watch blinkbox and low and behold Internet Explorer on the one does not support blinkbox
... what a load of ***

 

While the movie is playing double click the left analog stick and it will go to full screen kinda like how iPhones do when watching something from the safari app

Thank you for the reply, however there is 2 or 3 issues.

1) It zooms a bit to much!

2) I loose the subtitles, not only because it zooms to much but it also loose the subtitles.

Here is an example there I loose the subtitles, but it seems to be like that always.

3) Maybe not an issue but more a question, can I do this with my XBOX One media remote?
