    Hi Xbox I I am having the problem of the no friends list on my Xbox one and the Xbox app I have over 200 friends and it's only shown one it just happened today so please can I get some help but with my problem

    I'm starting to see reports of gamers for their friends list - missing friends or similar problems with friends and groups

    In my case, I'm experiencing missing friends. Right now I only have "7 friends" but I remember to have more.
    Probably this is a current or temporary outage.

    I'm having the exact same problem. when i log on into xbox.com i'm able to see my friends list fully but when i'm on my xbox people still show up as offline for some reason.

    I'm having a similar problem as well right now, I sign into my account and it shows that I don't have friends at all, nor can I join parties or receive or send messages. Hopefully this problem is sorted out soon because its been happening all day for me
    and it's becoming a real pain...
