    Hi,

    Got offered 3 free games by xbox through my live account if I bought a new xbox one and activated it with my account by 12/6/2016. Said I would receive the games by 27/6/2016 via codes sent to my msg center. Still have not recieved the games which were Halo
    5 deluxe, Forza 6 and Gears of war.

    Contacted xbox and they said to post here and you would resolve the issue.

    There are no free XPA games with gold,so I want free XPA games with my xbox live gold.

    what happend to the 2 free xbox gold games per month. do i no longer own them?

    When Xbox games with gold existed u get Xbox 360 games free and Xbox one games free. The Xbox one games u claim for free are only free with a gold subscription when it was gold. Now it's gamepass core. But when Xbox games with gold was a thing the Xbox 360 games u get for free are permanent. But Xbox one games are not. U have to keep ur gamepass core to have access to your free to play Xbox one games with gamepass core that u claimed with gold back then.

    Halo reach is only free for Xbox 360. It is a Xbox 360 game and not a Xbox one game. Xbox one does different free games each month.

    from what I've read, the Xbox One console is region free, except China?
    Though Xbox One is region free for games, all the Xbox 360 games are not region free.
