No free game in xbox one s 2tb bundle

Hi guys,

I leave in Bangkok but I travel to Sydney and I've bought xbox one s 2tb bundle from Microsoft store - Westfeild Sydney Pitt Street Mall. But there is no free game in the bundle. Do anybody has email address of Microsoft store at Pitt Street Mall? Please
help to inform me so I can contact them by email because oversea call is very expensive for me.

I bought an XBox One S 2TB for the promotion of receiving 2 free games, The Crew and another game of my choice. I received my XBOX one S 2TB but no free games? I contacted support and they couldn't help. Anyone know what to do?

The Xbox One 2 TB never had a game bundle, only the 500GB and 1TB included a free game bundle.
