no free 3 month subscription

I have tried processing the free 3 months subscription here in your account and it seems that we are getting some error messages here because you still have an active subscription here in your account. Normally once we process a free 3 months subscription,

Not received promotion after purchase in Game store??

Bought a 3 month subscription from Game in January was suppose to get 3 months free however it expires this month, no free 3 months??

 

Game Pass Rules - Get 3 Months 21.89 + 1 Free Month

If you use bing rewards you can get a free 3 month game pass subscription every 45 days or so. You use to be able to get a year as well but once they added new games to the service they no longer offer 12 month subscriptions as rewards, only 1 and 3 months.

 

A little confused as whether you are actually asking something or simply stating something.

 

Sorry after a long drawn out chat, the chat person told me to post here to see if there was a solution to the problem that I never received the free 3 months subscription. After he verified my claim to be true, he said he couldn't add the free 3 months to
my account as it was giving him an error as there was already a subscription on my account. So not sure what posting here is supposed to do?
