actualmente si tengo la mayoría de edad (20) y en mi país es 18 lo cual se me hace extraño y al momento de llamar al soporte o mandar ticket no me ayudan en nada o alguna posible solución, sin contar que el código que me tienen que mandar al celular nunca
llega y eso que esta operativo y funcional lo cual me causa mucha extrañase y confucionismo por favor alguna ayuda

If you are still seeing the message try taking a look into your
Privacy & Online Safety settings and see if maybe you can update this so that you are no longer seeing that message.

Also sign into your account through
www.account.microsoft.com and look into "Your Info" to confirm your Date of Birth is correct.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues making a purchase. With the error you are getting the profile age is not old enough or the privacy settings are set to Teen. We recommend requesting a call from support or a chat, they can
look into the profile further to see if its a child or adult account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
