    No email received after redeeming gems in the Vault.


    Hi,

    On 24th May 2018 I used 100 gems to claim the 'World of Tanks Leg-Up Bundle' from the Vault. I have not as yet received an email with the code.

    I have had this problem previously and was very careful to input the correct email address when claiming the prize. There is nothing in my spam folder.

    Oddly, during the process of claiming the prize, after inputting First Name, Last Name, Email and Gamertag (populated automatically), the success confirmation screen did not show my email address, just a blank space.

    Would it be possible as before to send the code directly to my gamertag via Xbox message?

    I claimed several digital item from the VIP vault with gems. On 4/15/18 and I have not received any response by email are message on my account. The transactios are posted on the my rewards ledger but no rewards claim code. I'm been checking email as well.
