No email received after creating repair order for my Xbox One X

I created a repair order for my Xbox One X more than 2 days ago. From what I understand (and I know this because I've gotten a controller replaced before) I'm supposed to receive an email providing me with instructions on where to ship my faulty console.
I've received no such email, and chatting with support twice didn't yield any results. It is also definitely not in my junk folder.

The first one told me to wait a few more hours since it might take up to 24 hours (it was less than one day at that point), and the second one (more than a day later) just told me that no email was supposed to be sent out, which makes no sense given that
I have no way of knowing where to bring my faulty console. The devices support page show that the repair order was created, and that "Your package is on the way to us", but I have no way of proceeding.

Before I try starting another support chat, is this an issue that anyone else has encountered, and did anyone managed to get it resolved? It's a long shot, but contact options for Xbox support are frustratingly limited. (Forums, a Twitter account that never
replies, and message an Xbox Gamer? Seriously?)

Any input provided is greatly appreciated.

No email from Microsoft today.

With the news that emails with prizes where being sent out to early adopters of the Xbox One I was excited to check my email and see what it was I received. Zero, Zip, Zilch, Nada, NOTHING. 9 year Xbox Live Gold member. Bought the Xbox One less then 3 months after launch (2-7-2014). I have already had to send in my Kinect for repairs as it would no longer power on. I hate when they do things like this because I always get left out. I went to make sure I was already setup to receive emails from them and I was. No idea why they feel like alienating their customers.

 

Need drop off instructions for console servicing.

I'm sending in an xbox one s for servicing. I've completed the repair order but haven't received a confirmation email. I need drop off instructions.

I actually notices this too when I had mine repaired, there was a severe delay in getting emails updating me initially. I would recommend keeping track online with FedEx as to when it arrives

 

There's no phone option in my country (Singapore), and the only way to get to the support chat option is to start a chat with an Xbox Gamer, wait for no one to reply and get it to redirect me to a support agent. As mentioned, the first two support agents
that I chatted with didn't solve my issue.

 

Keeping track doesn't seem like it would be a problem, since I can just check the status from the devices support page on the Microsoft website. The problem is the initial email, which I know is supposed to arrive as soon as I create the repair order (which
was the case when I did it last year). Without that email, I have no idea what address to send my faulty device to, and I can't get things going.

 

I think you can try the US support chat, to be answered faster, if you can speak english they usually helps despite your country.
