    No email or password, please help


    Hi I am trying to recover my xbox 1 account that I lost about 2 or 3 years ago after my xbox got sold my gamer tag is XGirlXGamerX673. When I go on my friends xbox and type up my account it still shows up so it isn't deleted but I have no email or password to get into it.

    that just takes me back to the silly form to fill in.. ive done this many times...

    maybe ill call them up and see if they can help me log back into my accounts!

    the reason i have them and want them back is that 1 is a US account and the other a Japanese one. it gives me access to content i wouldnt normally get and i feel i should be able to.

    they worked fine until i bought a new xbox, and then they added this password protect login nonsense..

    thankyou for your help though, hopefully ill figure it out :)

    However, unless you have any security proof added on those accounts, or in any other way can prove 100% that they belong to you, I am afraid they will not be able to help you either :(
