No "Earn Rewards" in my Xbox App section

Hi guys.

Recently Microsoft relases an update in my country, Italy, that adds to Xbox App section (Mobile or PC) the section "Earn Rewards" with all PC game quests for Rewards Points

I tried to reach like every Support department help me to figure out why I do not have this section, but nobody told me something usefull.

It seems that very few people in my country have this problem.

Could somebody give me an hit to what to do or something that I could try to solve this?

Thanks for your help Hoskarya but probably I did not explain my issue correctly.

The update was rolled like one month ago and since then, almost everyone has the "Earn Rewards" section but me.

It is not the related with current gamepass "outage" quests these days.

Ok, I get it, it seems to be a problem I'm not aware of but try the following.

Sign out and sign back in to your Microsoft account. This can help refresh the connection between your account and the app.

If the latter has not solved your problem, the best thing I can recommend is that you contact Xbox support, they will find a solution to your problem.

I can also recommend you report the error to Xbox support.

Click the green "Report" button and fill out the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know there is a problem and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

This is a problem that several users are currently experiencing with Xbox. It's just a matter of patience.

It can be frustrating, but they are already working to fix it as soon as possible.

As you can see the problem is temporary. But if you want to try something in the meantime, there are a few things you can do to try and fix the problem:

1)Restart your Xbox console.
2)Unplug your Xbox console from the power outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
3)Update your Xbox console to the latest version.
