    No EA Access provided following "Go gold and play Fifa 17 first" Offer


    Overview:

    Xbox home page had a deal which details you get a months EA Access when purchasing Gold, I purchased gold (15th Sep) and have still not received the EA Access code.

    Nothing shown within my Microsoft Services & Subscriptions for EA Access

    Told to wait 7-10 days after purchase, which is not detailed anywhere in the offer.

    I am now most likely to miss the early release of Fifa 17.

    Apparently live support can not check up on promotions, I would of thought they would be able to look into my account and see any offers which are currently associated with my account, which they were not able to which is why I have been referred
    to this forum instead.

    Gold subscription purchased: 15th September 2016
