No E3 mixpot

Followed all the requirements to get the mixpot and never got any of the items.

Also, with myself and several others we never got a message in Message center at all and the content was automatically added to the account without any notice. Be sure you go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account on your account and see if you show the items there as "Redeemed" with a $0.00 charge, as you may have received them and just
are not aware. If you have received the MixPot it will show for you there.

 

so you are saying that i could receive next day?

 

Yes, I may not be until Monday before they are all sent out. Also, as stated above be sure to check your account at the link Sign in to your Microsoft account since most have received them, it will show there, but never got any notifications/messages
so had no clue they got them.

 

So if I do not receive my rewards by the end of tommorow, then I should post a similar phrase to the one on this thread? Will I get a different response or an investigation to make sure I get my rewards? Or will I get the same pre typed message that has
been sent to just about everyone? I’d also like to know if there is an actual process in which the support team handles this problem, or if all of the people experiencing missing mixpot rewards will be somehow compensated. Thanks.

 

If you do not get your rewards by the end of tomorrow then on Monday you will want to just reply to this same post and advise that you did check
Sign in to your Microsoft account as well as your console and no items were received. Yes, there is a process to handle the issue by the support team but it is
not something that will be responded to all in one day. As you can see there are several others who have posted with this same issue and some did find they had the items and it was showing on the link so they no longer need assistance. The support team will
check to see if you qualified for the promotion and then reply with the results of the investigation. I cannot say how long that will take or even when you will get a response, just that you should get one as soon as they get to your post, in the order they
are received.

Honestly, I feel you on this and I am the same and want must stuff NOW.....but just give it time, they will get to you.
