    Hi i wondering if the problem is by the manufacturers or Microsoft my vizio tv support Dolby Vision and when i download the update in the xbox one x settings said my i have a old dolby vision version so do you know if vizio co its going to send a firmware
    to fix that problem...thanks for any help i can get...

    I have this same thing with my Xbox One S and Vizio M55-D0. Did you ever find a resolution?

    Occasional blank screen while playing on xbox one s

    I'm in the same boat as most everyone here... I have a Vizio M55-D0, with 2.0.13.13 firmware, and an automatically updated XBox One S. I've power cycled everything, swapped cables, disabled HDR, and still I get intermittent black screens, and occasional
    white static!!!

    This is more than a little frustrating.

    What app are you trying to use? As far as I know it’s only on streaming apps.

    Dolby Vision on my TV

    Xbox has updated to a "low latency" version of dolby vision causing issues with most TV's. I have the same issue with my 2018 Vizio P Series.

    Once Xbox/MSFT does another update for the Dolby Vision they currently have in use it should support more TV's. There is not garuntee that all TV's will be compatible with 4k Dolby Vision.

    I'm extremely annoyed by this too as my new TV is not being used to its full potential.
