No Dolby Vision on Disney Plus App

Hello, I have an LG B7A OLED TV. The app on the TV works fine with Dolby Vision. But with the Xbox App not only doesn't display with Dolby Vision but it doesn't even say in the details of the movies that it has either Dolby Vision or Atmos for that case.
For example on the TV app it does say that it does have Vision and Atmos.

BTW under Xbox settings I have the Dolby Vision option turned on.

Anybody else having problems? Suggestions?

this is sad news... prime video was much the same for far too long but it is very much something to bring the disneys attention.

I would recommend their forums. or storming the gates of their front office. Whichever fits your schedule best.

OK, thanks. Just wanted to see if we could get an official confirmation. If you remember Xbox updated Netflix with Vision in the past. As I understand it was Xbox and not Netflix who did that patch?

Also I know some testers had visiob when they were testing the App on Xbox.

I will try to contact Disney to see if I can get a confirmation from them. Thanks again.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If on the movie on the Xbox or in the Disney app, it isn't showing Dolby or Atmos. It most likely isn't available through the console. You may want to reach out to Disney as it is their app, and that it is still new.

Interesting. So you see it on yours as being listed.

So do you get Vision in yours, or does your TV not support it?

I think things got a little rushed, half the stuff didn't work for me day one. I do see things listed as Dolby vision and atmos on my app. I noticed also that something's dont match across different apps of different platforms. Hopefully they get everything
sorted and things start to match across the platforms.
