    No discount price for Minecraft Xbox One


    I just recently purchased an Xbox One and knew about the discount price for Minecraft for people who had purchased it on the 360. But when I looked in the store, it showed the full price of $19.99. I was connected to Live and the same account I purchased
    Minecraft 360 on while trying to purchase it. I have already gotten rid of my 360, as well. Please reply if you have any suggestions or if you know what is wrong. Thanks.

    No longer receiving Xbox One Minecraft Discount

    I am no longer receiving Xbox One Minecraft Discount however if I've had to before, i have seen the discount price but never had enough money to buy it, went to buy it today but now it's pack to full price.

    I owned a digital copy of Minecraft when i had a Xbox 360 so i should qualify for the discount.

    Due to upgrading to a Xbox One i no longer own a Xbox 360 and can not re download Minecraft to see if it fixes the problem.

    And, yes. I am on the account and originally payed for and played on the Minecraft Xbox 360 version.

    I had literally just gone and added credit to my Microsoft account in order to buy it, but now it's at full price again i can not afford it.

    Is there a way to get the discount back or are they no longer offering it?

    I won't pay full price for it seeing as i have brought it once before.

    The Minecraft discounted price offer is still valid (I believe the discount is permanent for owners of the Xbox 360 edition of the game).

    As for the discounted price for Australian buyers: the price should be about 25% of the original price (75% discount).

    Also, if you haven't played minecraft on 360 for a while then you should boot it up. If 360 version needs an update it didn't get lately, that could be the prob. If 360 Minecraft does update, it could take up to 3 days for the Xbox One version discount to
    show up. I think you had to have owned Minecraft 360 version prior to Xbox One coming out. Good Luck.

    Hi, the offer to get Minecraft Xbox One edition at a discounted price if you played the Minecraft Xbox 360 edition has expired. It expired back in February. You will have to pay full price if you want the game on the Xbox One.

    Hi, the Xbox One has it's own version of Minecraft, there was an offer to upgrade at a discounted price but that ended some time ago so you'd need to purchase the game on Xbox One at whatever the price is these days.
