    No digital games starting on Xbox one X


    Hello I recently purchased the Xbox one X and as of about 20 minutes ago I'm unable to open a single digitally downloaded game. I'm either given the error code 0x87e107d7 or told to sign into the account that purchased the game even if the game I'm trying
    to open was bought on my account. I game share with my brother who has the standard Xbox one and he's having no issues whatsoever. Just an hour ago I had no trouble starting any game and now I can't open any. Discs work fine it seems. I've already tried a
    hard reboot twice now but I'm getting the same messages. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks.

    Buy Xbox One X

    Hello Support Microsoft,

    I buy the Xbox One X at release day (11/07/2017).

    There was no offer with a free game.

    But now you offer PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds on digital.

    Would it be possible for me to get one ?

    Xbox lost, can we play our games on a new one?

    Any digital games or DLC you paid for are tied to the account that paid for it and the gamesaves are auto synced to the cloud.

    I've got an Xbox One X and Series X and I have the digital games on both of them.

    As for the gamesaves, whenever you start a game on your new console the game will sync with the cloud to download the gamesave.

    Depends .

    If it is a disk game and you are trying to transfer to an xbox one s digital or the xbox series s then no you are waisting your time

    Those are digital only consoles and disks installs require the bluesy or dvd to validate the install

    Digitally purchased game's can be transfered to save time yes

    If it's to an xbox one x or regular xbox one s or xbox series x disk and digital will work with them

    Digitally downloaded game not showing up in games & apps on new xbox one.

    All of my 20 something purchased digital game copies do show up on my X One X,But they won't start& get the error for needing disc or not purchased.

    If I buy a digital hogwarts Legacy code fro Xbox Series X will it work if I put it in on Xbox one?

    I am thinking of buying hogwarts legacy as a digital game but it is sold out for Xbox one so should I buy the Series X game and put the code in the Xbox one Store?
    No. The series X/S version of the game will only work on the Series X or S.

    The only way that would work is if it's a code for the digital deluxe version of the game (which comes with both the series x/s and xbox one versions of the game)
