Discus and support No dialogue audio XboxVideo in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just rented Batman Forever and there is no dialogue audio. Background music still plays.     I just rented Batman Forever and there is no dialogue audio. Background music still plays. I double checked all audio settings, and other movies work fine.

    Heya!

    Happy to help troubleshoot that audio issue.

    Could you post a video of what you are seeing and a list of games that this is happening with?

    Do you see the same thing on multiple TV's and with a headset?

    Are you using an audio receiver?

    No in game dialogue audio

    After recent update, when I download new games there are no or very quite dialogue audio. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it ?

    Thanks, I'm able to reproduce the problem as well. Unfortunately, this won't be fixed before your rental expires, but it will be fixed. I would recommend talking to customer support directly about getting a refund. Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support

    i get no audio at all. everytime i try to turn on 7.1. the console starts acting weird. it wold either crash or the controller would turn off. and the games wont start either. i am part of the beta program.

    Audio Dialogue Disappears

    Yah, seen this on DVD playback and Netflix. So you may have turned surround sound on in the xbox settings. I don't believe this is fully supported yet. Go through xbox one settings and if you see 5.1, 7.1, DTS change to Stereo. I know this sucks but it will
    get better.
