    I like the four or five effect poisons:

    • Damage Health + Damage Magicka + Damage Magicka Regen + Lingering Stamina Damage: Butterfly Wing + Human Heart + Nightshade
    • Damage Health + Damage Magicka + Damage Magicka Regen + Damage Stamina + Frenzy: Blisterwort + Human Heart + Jarrin Root (If you have any)
    Jarrin Root is only given to you for the one quest (you can keep it, just means you have to find
    another way to complete your mission).
