No customer support for my problem

Pls help

my elite xbox one controler is not working properly

its still under waranty , i have tried to replace it using the link available on line , it just keeps coming back to say insert serial number n checks waranty

when i try to contact customer service a message says no chat or service available for this problem .

the problem started at the begining of lock down and its getting worse

does anyone know where i can go for help

Are you sure the controller has actually a warranty? If it says thar message, that means your serial number has no warranty on it. You can always try to contact the stoee where you bought the controller.

When using the online service portal at
http://devicesupport.microsoft.com you need to register your Xbox One console first. Once that console is registered, you can replace an accessory (aka the controller) from there.
