No crew member audio on Sea of Thieves

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to hear crew members in-game and are inquiring about the state of your character once you re-install the game onto your Windows
10 device.

Your save data is automatically saved up to the
Cloud storage, which means that as long as your device was connected to Xbox Live the last time that you exited this game, you would be able to pick up on your profile the next time that you launch this.

Uninstalled and reinstalled as directed. Still no audio from other players or crew, even when they stand beside me on the ship/shore. While others can strategize, I sit dumbly on the sidelines and provide what minimal player support that I can. My effectiveness
as a team player is negligible.

I've managed to make some new friends BUT they all want to know why I can't hear them and interact better. I've tried all their suggestions, also. Tried using Xbox voice chat (beta), tried muting crew and un-muting, tried different headphone/mic. - nothing.
Must be frustrating for them, also.

This is all very discouraging and has diminished my interest in the game.

The curious part is, when I first got the game all was fine. Then a couple of months ago, no players can be heard. I had not changed any settings up to that point.

Not certain, at this point, what type of review to compose concerning the entire issue.

try to delete the app and reinstall it again it usualy fixes this issue for most if the issue still persist contact xbox support
