    No credits received for game purchases


    Hello, I purchased 3 games in September from the xbox live online store. I logged in this morning to check how many credits in have pending and there are none. I bought, HITMAN, the complete first season, FIFA 18 and THIS IS THE
    POLICE. Please could you tell me why I have not earned any credits or rewards for these purchases?

    No. You can only received credits for games you purchase during the offer.

    Xbox Live Rewards are not showing up for Overwatch.

    If you were referred by a friend to purchase the game you would have received credits. Otherwise, there were no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game at that time.

    From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    There are no offers to receive credits just for playing. In order to receive credits, you would have to purchase add-ons for the game.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing game pass.

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    The purchase would have counted as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer
    on the site at the time. There were no other offers to receive credits just for preordering that game.
