No credits posted?

hi so since june ive preordered the following:

Life is strange 2 digital deluxe

Cod ww2

Forza 7 ultimate edition

Need for speed digital deluxe version

Sonic mania

The evil within 2

Wolfenstien the new order deluxe version

Stars wars battlefront deluxe

Far cry 5 gold edition

Middle earth shadow of mordor silver edition

Destiny 2

Ark survival evolved

Ark scorched earth

Dishonoured death to the outsider

Assasisns creed origin

Ive watched raw, why him, the comedians guide to survival.

The only gsme not fully paid for via accpint credit is far cry 5 and yet ive had zero rewards for all these purchases?

Can someone please credit my account.

No credits

I have purchased coins and keys but am not getting credit for the purchase however, my debit card has been hit for all the purchases.

What is going on???? This isn't fair. If I don't start getting my credits I will not play anymore and will tell all my friends as well.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

 

Preorders are only eligible for credits if there is a specific offer for them when you preorder. The Games on Demand punchcard is currently the only preorder offer. In order to receive credits, you had to preorder 3 eligible games. Out of the games you ordered,
only Destiny and Middle Earth were eligible, so you would not have completed that offer and received credits.

 

so ur saying that i wont have earned any credits at all for ordering so many games? It says you get 2% to 4% cash back as part of the rewards programe i havent even had that!

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. So you would not receive percentages back on the purchases.

Official support hours are 9am-5pm PST So they should respond sometime today or tomorrow.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Your Why Him purchase in August are the MyVIP Credits for that month currently pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
