    When will my 33,000 credits be moved to my account?

    I was supposed to have 33,000 points transferred on the 15th but still not been done. Also this is the 3rd time I've posted this but the post never appears.

    Credits not transferred

    I was supposed to have my 32,000 credits transferred to my Microsoft account 'on or about' the 15th, but nothing has been done. Can you help?

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
    deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Can anyone help me. It won't let me deposit my 19,200 credits.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you got to 5,000 at the end of November, they are scheduled for the deposit on the 15th.

    If they don't deposit by the end of the day on the 15th, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account.
