No credits or gems

I have not had my Jan or Feb points for this year deposited to my account despite me choosing the early deposit option I also noticed that some of my gems have not been deposited instead they say claimed

You can only request a deposit at 1000 pending Credits or more (at 5000 you are automatically scheduled for a deposit). Since you were beneath 1000 pending Credits until March 6th when you got your February MyVIP payback, it would not have been possible
for you to request a deposit until that time. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st
will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Your Gems have all been placed into your account. Gems that come from you claiming a perk like your Golden
Child MyChallenge are labeled as claimed, since they must be manually claimed and are not placed automatically into your account.

A statement of both your Gems and Credits can be found on your MyRewards page, and will show a complete account of your Credit and Gem events. Both Credits and Gems for this offer are currently pending on those statements.

Credits and Gems are not the same. The amount being displayed on your vault page is your current Gem total, not your Credits.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see you spent your Vault Credits which were placed as pending on March 2nd and deposited on March 28th on a purchase of Far Cry 5 on April 1st.

The credits should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them.
