    No credits from November purchases yet?


    I purchased several games this last month (Cuphead, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein, Dead Rising 4) and haven't seen any pending credits show up for them yet. I thought it usually only took up to 96 hours for those to populate
    after a purchase?

    Hi Annihilator. Payback Rewards Credits were awarded to you for your purchases made in October and November. For October, you were awarded 2000 payback Credits, which is 2% back since you are Star level 1. For November, you were awarded 800 Credits. You
    can find them in your MyStatement. Your October Credits have been deposited to your Microsoft account while your November Credits are still pending.

    No credits from store purchases

    Hello wickedZ1,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Credits generally show as pending about 96 hours after completing an offer on the site. However, VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Did that change sometime recently(ish)? I thought VIP rebates followed the 96 hour guideline and then deposited on the 15th/30th.

    Hi DrachenHerz62. Smwutches is correct. You were awarded payback Credits on your November purchases, but your December purchases have not yet been calculated. Those will show as pending by January 15th.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Since your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP. We have not yet calculated November MyVIP payback, so your purchases this month have not yet been paid out. We calculate payback on a monthly basis
    and place those Credits as pending midway through the following month.
