Discus and support No Credits Earned for Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I have not seen any credits earned for my account at any time and was told that because my account is older, that it could be the problem?...     I have not seen any credits earned for my account at any time and was told that because my account is older, that it could be the problem?

    No credits

    I have earned 5000+ credits and have no rewards pending or deposited. In fact, I may have never received rewards for credits on my account lifetime

    My points are not updating correctly

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.

    Hello thedrumchannell,

    We see that you chose to opt out of the program on March 9th this year. Since you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member to earn Rewards Credits, you are not eligible to earn Rewards Credits.

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.

    How can I earn more?

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP
    rebates.

    Bing Rewards is a completely separate program and will not count toward earning rewards credits.

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page if the Rewards site. If you don't want to spend anything, you can earn credits by completing the monthly surveys or take part in the freedom rewards offer.
