    Hi,

    I purchased Battlefield 1 on Friday for €69.99b but my progress towards tier 2 is still at 66%. It used to be at 69% so I'm not sure how it went down to 66, but I purposely didn't preorder it so I would earn credits.

    Can you please have a look and see why my progress hasn't increased? It's been more than 96 hours. Thank you for your time.

    Any ETA when April's purchases will count?

    I was just wondering when April's purchases will count either towards the next tier and also credits?

    I didn't see anything towards my tier 1 purchase, but tier 2 tracked, & then I didn't get the rest either.

    I also got Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition & quite a few achievements in it.

    Account not updating missing rewards credits

    Support will check on the tier (keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP), but the credits for the console should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.
