    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.

    In order to get a response from support, you need to post in the support section of the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    There were no offers to receive credits for that game after it was released. It would have been part of your VIP rebate if you are eligible. If you purchased it in November, it would be too soon to see your rebate credits. Rebates are calculated after the
    end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

    You received both VIP progress and Credit for these purchases with the exception of Battlefield 1, which was a pre-order, and therefore not eligible for VIP.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There were no offers to receive credits for Battlefield in October.

    xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.
