No controllers work on my Xbox one

    No controllers work on my Xbox one


    I was playing Smite on my Xbox the other day and my controller disconnected and then wouldn't connect back. I replaced batteries, used 3 different micro usb cables, and even bought a brand new wired controller. Neither of these things have worked. I was
    hoping someone might have a solution handy. I tried going to microsoft.com to register my xbox one to see if I could get customer support but it would not take my serial number as valid. help!

    My Controller for my xbox One is fine, its a “Day One” Controller and still works fine :/.

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
