No connectionto wireless network for days now

Good day, to set up a wireless network on the xbox one go to:

Settings- Network Settings- Set up Wireless Network- Choose "your wireless"- Input password

Just had this problem happen to me. Worked earlier in the day, and when I went to log in later, it would not connect to my wireless network. I changed the xbox from "instant-on" to "energy saving", then restarted, and connected back to my wireless. Works
perfectly now.

I have been lagging in game for a few days now, at first i thought it was just a lag spike but its been continuing for a while now. In game it says i have a 4 bar of connection but i am skipping around the map. I checked my network settings and my connection
to the network is a 2 bar. I then went into detailed network settings and it says my wireless strength is only 65% and my packet loss is 1% when all my friends have no packet loss and have high wireless strength. How can i improve my wireless strength to stop
me lagging? Thanks!

It won't even recognize any wireless network now.

When you're in network settings

On the right column there is 2 options

Go online

Forget wireless network.

Click forget wireless network, you'll need to re enter your network details again.

Now click, go online.

And on the left column there will be set up wireless network, click on that.

You should now see your connection to set up.
