    No connection.


    I am getting told I have no internet connection and to look up "canary" on the bungie support site. I have a solid connection with no issues and my console is online. I did not run the game before it finished. Anyone else having a similar problem?

    for me I went to network and then advanced settings and then I had to clear my alternate MAC address, worked fine after that

    My game worked fine for a day and a half now I get constant canary after I try to go to a destination. Sometimes right when I start the game. Every other game works fine on my Xbox, I watch Hulu with no issues and get on GTA online no problem... Destiny
    just doesn't work... Waste of my time and money.

    I'm in the same boat dudes. Have we all got a Virgin Superhub by any chance? I've tried every work around that I can find. Still no luck. Can't believe this is not a Bungie issue if this has only just started to happen to me in the last 12 hours. Before
    that I had no problems what so ever.

    Yes the same here xbox one? All on super hub 2 I take it, same here. I've tried everything, even Microsoft and virgin media trouble shooting tips. Internet is fine so I'm told by both Microsoft and Virgin media. I've tried every thing from opening ports
    both wifi and wired connection, clearing persistent data on the blu ray, resetting alternate mac, Microsoft assured me it's not a network error as it doesn't kick you from the party or xbox live, virgin media assure me the internet is running fine not even
    any t3 errors, it's just bungie taking the *** because they know some routers cannot recognise the data it's sending to which ports that's why they say open more ports, I'm not willing to, because I shouldn't have to, what next shall we all start using dmz
    to play a video game it's utterly ridiculous that bungie aren't willing to do anything about it, I said these problems would still be happening after a week because bungie don't give a *** and look where we are it's hit week 1 and still no mention of a fix,
    the still don't want to recognise there's a problem, it isn't as if Microsoft hasn't warned them of the issue because I was told through Microsofts support chat the they had been told about the Virgin media super hub issue.

    I had the same problem. I was also able to fix it by going into my network settings and clearing my alternate MAC address. After the console restarted I was able to launch Destiny, however it did say that it needed to download an update first but was only
    66 MB.

    I'm having the same issue with some twists, my hard drive says it's empty, 2tb hard drive with at least half used for games, gone. No friends are appearing to me. All live options are down. And for the games I have cds for. No saved data has been found.
    This is the second time being right now its doing this. Happened two days ago after this new update, everything just magically came back. Please give me a hand on fixing this issue.

    Hoping some one here can resolve this issue

    Every time I update issues arise

    And of course the warranty is up so I might be expected to pay to resolve the issue due to no fault of my own

    My Xbox constantly has to be switched from wireless to a wired connection, and always gives me some crap about my router or modem! Weird considering my other devices stay connected after being connected. I've spent plenty of time on the phone with Microsoft
    trying to fix multiple problems. I pay a lot for high speed internet just like everyone else, but PlayStation customers don't pay extra for service. What's the logical plan of action?

    I have the same problem as you, until like two or three days ago I was able to play perfectly fine but ever since the core servers went down on Xbox I’ve been having difficulty signing in, downloading games, sending messages, all of that. I know it’s not
    my Internet because I am using my phone and computer just fine within those two or three days I’m having issues with the Xbox. I’m pretty sure it’s their core servers. I’ve tried everything, factory reset it, hard reset it, unplug the cable for five minutes
    on the Xbox console, unplug my router and modem, reboot my router and modem, use wired connection, and nothing works. It has to be on their side
