    Hi,

    Issues with being unable to receive in-game credits may occur due to server connection error. If you haven't received the game credits, it will be deposited to your account as soon as the server error is fixed. Allow up to 72 hours
    for this process to take place.

    You can also visit the game’s community page to ask questions and get additional support from the Microsoft Casual Games team on this
