no connection to live

hi xbox one says there is a problem on microsofts end , my xbox one wont connect to live , internet connection is fine , netflix is fine , have gone to xbox home page and it says all services are fine and running , this IS NOT THE CASE , mine gives an error
message that says the fault is at microsofts end , like i mentioned the internet is all good and tested the connection at settings to make sure also , its not good enough . cheers steve

nah I don't.. and how exactly is it removable, and why does it not say so in my manual? lol

regardless, I'm simply not willing to jump thru those kind of implied/suggested hoops to get something working that should be working - if the Live update isn't applying correctly, they need to fix it on their end

Frankly, I agree, and if the install ends up working just fine, then that shouldn't be a problem at all. What size is the storage on your Xbox? 4GB internal or do you have 250+ removal storage?

With your issue, you might just have to wait till they fix it. I've been reading up on it, and a significant amount of people said waiting helped.

 

I have a similar problem with my xbox one. I've updated my apps and most of my games. But as soon as I want to activate my beta code for Black ops 4 it says Pex-forbidden and I dont know what that means and xbox support os offline. Does anyone know how
to solve this issue?
