No confirm purchase button on Xbox Video

Discus and support No confirm purchase button on Xbox Video in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I went to go rent/purchase a few movies from Xbox Video today and the "confirm purchase" button is gone...     No confirm purchase button on Xbox Video


    I went to go rent/purchase a few movies from Xbox Video today and the "confirm purchase" button is gone... All I can do is click "add payment option".

    When I click add payment option, it has my stored credit card already. When I click on my card it takes me back to the rent/purchase screen... But still no confirm purchase button...

    I can buy ME points and buy music off Xbox Music... But can't do anything on Xbox Video...

    Can't purchase anything on xbox360 video

    Hello, i am a very active user of the xbox video section of the console. I am constantly renting and buying movies, or at least up until a couple days ago. Starting about two days ago i was trying to purchase an episode of game of thrones, but no matter
    what i do, when i try to hot the confirm purchase button it just keeps saying "add payment option" where i should be hitting the confirm button. I always buy in the "SD" format to use less data, and i always use my credit card to pay for the movies/shows,
    which is stored on my xbox360. I have no idea what is going on and it is very frustrating. I never get any error codes or anything like that. Please tell me what i can do to fix this.

    I have the same exact issue. Seems to have happened after the update. Looks like I'll have to use netflix unfortunately..

    I've confirmed that this episode is now available. If you purchased the Season Pass for it, you'll likely need to refresh your purchase history. On the Xbox console, open Xbox Video > My Videos > Open Account Management > Press X

    I've looked into this, and it states on the main info screen as well as the Confirm purchase screen that this is only available with a French soundtrack.

    Try refreshing your purchase history. Open Xbox Video > Go to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press the X button.
