    NO COLLECTIONS or FREE COINS TICKETS Microsoft lets everyone down!


    So I guess there are no more collection items to be had or free coins/tickets from watching ads. This has been the problem for MONTHS and support NEVER replies for this game. Sad because there are a lot of players and Microsoft just lets it go, I would
    buy it if I thought I would get support and not be throwing my money away

    Hi

    It sounds like it is Microsoft Bingo you are talking about. It seems to be an issue effecting other users as well.

    Hoperfull it is a temporary glitch effecting the free tickets /coins for watching videos that they will fix soon.

    If possible, report the error via the game.

    As this feature is connected to the MS servers, please power cycle your modem and console and then try again. Should the issue persist please contact support 😀

    Me, too. Cannot connect today. While I have not been able to collect my free tickets and coins for 6 days, I was at least able to receive my daily rewards. And now it will not connect with my server....frustrated!
