    Hey after purchasing Gears of war 4 on the store still yet to receive my collection codes for the original series seems a bit unethical to promote the game with the codes if there is an issue with giving codes out as stated in the sales description

    What's being done to get codes out before the 31/12/16?

    there is no issue with giving out the codes

    The way it is given out is normal even phone carriers do the same

    They are always sent out in waves

    And no the 31st isn't the last date they are given out

    That's the last day of qualifications

    Anyone who gets gears of war 4 after the 31st doesn't qualify

    OK onto your issue the codes are given out up to 30days after you redeem or purchases the game and play online

    And are given out in waves so you are going to have to wait your turn

    Now.if.its has been 30days after you bought the game and you do qualify you must post in the support section

    If it hasn't the will only tell you to wait your turn and no it doesn't jump.the queue they only give you the codes you were already issues so if you're turn hasn't come up you won't get any codes yeg

    Keep in mind you have to be an adult account and not in the China or Japan region

    And yes if you have a child account you don't qualify and no changing the age of your account or.the email doesn't change the account status

    And privacy settings don't count

    Your account region must match your actual region

    Age restriction problem on PC Game Pass

    Works again with this To fix content restrictions on Xbox Console:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to Account
    3. Open Content Restrictions
    4. Select Access to content
    5. Select Access to content again and set to "Appropriate up to age 3"
    6. Wait for change to save, ratings will appear different on screen once complete.
    7. Select Access to content and set back to Unrestricted
    8. Wait for change to save, ratings will appear different on screen once complete.

    When I did it there were two options to redeem a code, one for Xbox Live codes and one for Ubisoft Codes, the pre-order DLC codes are Ubisoft Codes.
