No codes from promotion

I realize this is pretty late, but i realized after pre ordering rainbow six siege on xbox 1, i was supposed to be given 2 codes for vegas 1 and vegas 2 for free downloads... however i have no such codes. xbox support told me i can be resent the codes.

Prepaid codes only count as a prior purchase and yes it invalidates your purchase of the promotion since you bought a different promotion. Aka the prepaid code

 

GamerScore Promotion - No Code

Hi,

I did the gamerscore promotion where I would get $75 discount off the Microsoft store however I did not receive my code. I filled my details in on the 25th. I contacted support who said to post here. Thanks.
