Discus and support No Code reward program in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Hey, Hope you can help me. Have changed my Gamerscore against a 40€ code for store and until now I don't have a email with that. In the last Support...     No Code reward program


    Hey,

    Hope you can help me.

    Have changed my Gamerscore against a 40€ code for store and until now I don't have a email with that.

    In the last Support Chat they say me I must prescribe my problem here.

    May it be the Code is send to my email account without acceess since 4-5 years but so on.. before a few months i had let changed my email from Microsoft. All my purchase bills come to the correct email adress but not the code..

    Hope you can help me... This is my 4nd start to solve the problem.

    Are these codes from the Microsoft Rewards program or the Xbox Rewards program? For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    My $5 reward card was "declined" in transfer.

    Support doesn't handle the rewards program so they don't realize they are different. The Xbox Rewards program does not issue codes. So you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program is their redemption page.

    If it's a code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

    Since that is not a Rewards program issues, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you redeemed the code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Otherwise, you would need to
    contact the retailer you received the code from.
